2. Accessing the website and video

When you request a page or the video, your IP address and technical request information, such as the requested URL, time, browser/device information and response status, are processed to deliver the content over HTTPS and defend against disruptions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functional site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). These technical data are necessary for delivery; without them, the page cannot be served.

3. Hosting, recipients and international transfers

Site files and the demo video are stored in a private Amazon S3 bucket in Frankfurt (EU region eu-central-1) and delivered through Amazon CloudFront. AWS processes connection data as a technical service provider. CloudFront uses a global network, so processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. According to AWS, its Data Processing Addendum forms part of the Service Terms and applies automatically to customers in scope; it includes standard contractual clauses for applicable third-country transfers.

4. Logs and retention

CloudFront standard and real-time access logs and S3 server access logs are not configured for this site. We do not create visitor profiles or individual website access logs. Necessary processing within AWS infrastructure and AWS's own security and operational data are not covered by that statement and remain subject to AWS's contractual and retention terms. If we enable our own access logging later, we will update this notice first and define its purpose and deletion period.

5. Cookies, analytics and embeds

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising services, external fonts or browser JavaScript. The demo video is served as a file from this site, without YouTube or another third-party player.

6. Email contact

There is no contact form. If you email us via a link, EsperoTech processes your message and contact details to respond. Depending on the request, the basis is pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). Messages are deleted when no longer needed for the request, subject to statutory retention obligations. Email processing takes place outside this static website.

7. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 8. Changes

We will review this notice before changing hosting, logging, external services or site functions.
